I will keep this short and simple...

Hey guys!

My name is Christina and I have been a swifitie for a very long time (since the begining). I first found out about Taylor when I was in middle school and now I am in college so, yeah, it's been a long time!
I can't even begin to express how much I have loved watching her grow. She's helped me through so many tough times (bullies, depression, relationships, bad friends, etc.) and I just can't help but think sometimes: where would I be right now if Taylor had not helped me through all these hardships?

Anyways, I've watched her website grow and blossom along with her career and I love that there are so many new swifities each and every day! You guys are awesome and I love that everyone can express themselves without feeling like they are constantly being judged (the beauty of the internet, am I right?)

I have never met Taylor (but I was close!). I honestly feel that I have not put in as much effort as some people (I just have so much work to do!), so I think they deserve it more than me. Those people who have their own Taylor accounts on multiple social media accounts, and who post everyday, those people are the ones who deserve to hug her.

I love you Swifties!

"She's my idol.
Don't hate on her.
Focus on
YOUR idol."

Hey there stranger. It's me!...Ok, yeah, should probably say who me is. I'm Vince, formerly known as Risuave on Taylor Connect, now going by ItalianDreamer. I LOVE meeting new Taylor fans on this site, and reconnecting with old friends. I also write a lot of forums and loooong blog posts, and I hope sometime you'll take a look at them and send a comment.
But enough about me. How are you? Excited to take the 1989 World Tour home with the Live version?

Hey I hope your having a great weekend! Just stopping by to say I really like your page! I can definately relate to being in college and how hard it can be! My brothers and I graduated a couple of years ago and it was one of the best days of our life! So enjoy it because it goes by so fast. Biophychology that sounds quit challenging! The name alone gives me the chills lol! So what's your favorite Taylor song and are you going to her world tour next year?

Hello there. I'm sending you this message (in both private mail and as a comment on your page) because you were among those who both read the original "Taylor Reunion" project page AND messaged me about it in some way. Whether it was a simple encouraging post on the page itself or a suggestion that ultimately lead to the start of the project, you were among the people who propelled this forward. This project exists because of you: you're kindness inspired me to push forward and your insight helped to shape the project into what it is. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

As I mentioned in the forum, this project has become much more than I had originally set it out to be. Originally, I simply wanted to continue the story. Our story. A story that began four years ago in a restaurant in Florida, and has since become fueled by the so many of you. But since then, it's become about so much more than thanking Taylor for the story. It became about the words that lie at the heart of it all. Thank you. We owe so many people so much, and I wanted to give people a chance to say it. I, for one, have found that more often than not we may think the words, but we never actually say them. We never speak now. We love our parents but we don't thank them for the immeasurable acts they do for us. We love our friends but we never thank them for adding untold beauty to our lives every day. We love Taylor, but we never get to thank her for giving us the means to express our deepest selves.

And so, ultimately, The Thank You project has been born. In this very first stage, it has been set to an event page of Facebook, the link to which will be on the bottom of this post. On this page, when you click the "join" button, you are saying to your friends and to the world that you WILL speak now. You won't just keep the words in your head, but you WILL say the seemingly simple words that can change a life for good. Then, use the page and do just that. Thank the people you love. Thank your friends and your family, and tell them all the things you feel. And thank Taylor and her music. Thank her for a song, a lyric. Speak now and say how a lyric or an attitude has done so much for you. Then, invite other to do the same. Share the page on your own personal means of social media, be it Facebook, instagram, Twitter or whatever you use. Being a light in the world is a beautiful thing, but sharing that light with others is a miracle.

So that is what I ask of you. Join the event, leave your Thanks, and Share the page. Join, Thank and Share. Steps as simple as the words themselves, yet potentially just as powerful. Speak now and let those people know that they are appreciated. That they are cherished. That they are loved. Whether it's the friend you see every day or the artist this site is meant for, every single person deserves to hear the words.

Thank you. As promised, here is the link to the page.

Yes, she did. At the time, the real Maria owned like a ski lodge in Vermont, lol! It was like an interview, that they just so happened to sing at, ha!

I know! It's just tragic! She can still sing a little, the surgery just limited her range some. She did however sing in the 2nd Princess Diaries movie, which was in 2004, and she had the surgery done in 1997. It comforts me to know that she can still sing me a lullaby if I ever do get to meet her :)
