Information We Collect from You

STORAGE AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION

We will retain the information we collect in accordance with applicable laws and as reasonably necessary for our processing purposes set out under this Privacy Policy.  For instance, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer necessary to process information for our purposes, we will deidentify, aggregate, or delete this information where required by law.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER THIRD PARTY LINKS OR TOOLS

Verification Process and Required Information:  Note that we may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or understand the scope of your request, although you will not be required to create an account with us to submit a request or have it fulfilled.  We will require you to provide, at a minimum, your name and phone number.

Authorized Agent:  You may also designate an authorized agent to requests on your behalf by designating such an agent in writing or through a power of attorney. We will require the agent to provide us with proof that you have authorized the agent to make requests on your behalf prior to accepting requests from the agent.

EUROPEAN PRIVACY RIGHTS

Visitors to our website from the United Kingdom (“UK”), European Economic Area (“EEA”), and/or Switzerland may have certain rights under data protection laws with respect to personal data we collect.  If you are visiting our Sites from these places, this section of the Privacy Policy contains disclosures required by law and explains rights that may be available to you.

Our Legal Basis for Data Processing: UMG and Taylor Nation process personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as described above.
