Like I said before, my name is Kate. I'm "poetry, complicated, simply-stated" (as Taylor would say), and I've been here before. My username was EssenceOfSpark, then ThrowingRedPebbles13, then ThroughTheFreeFall, then SingingInTheCar, and then I was accidentally banned by the TC mods. To clear up ANY questions: no, I did not break rules. I was just a dedicated Swiftie bopping around the forum, hanging out, when there was a mistake. But, I'm of the opinion that everybody makes mistakes. So, I didn't hold a grudge, I'm keeping in touch with moderators to help restore my account, and I'm staying in the loop with all things TS by using this account. It all works out. Anyway, back to me. I'm a Pisces, which means I'm sensitive, selfless, whimsical, and artistic. I'm not sure if I AM all these things, but, according to Google results, I am. Oh, and I guess I also let people walk all over me. Yeah, I think that's about right. Christmas is an amazing holiday. I love strings of lights and carols on the radio and so many snowflakes you can see them falling so thickly that you can hardly see the trees.
Onto my not-so-secret life as a Swiftie. That's right. I'm not afraid to follow in the footsteps of a girl who's managed to change my life with her lyrics and inspire me. I don't remember a time without Taylor Swift songs stuck on replay in my life. I don't want to. Because in 2007, when it all started, there wasn't much to relate to. I just liked the fact that she was able to write all this by herself, able to play this great music. But as she grows up, I'm growing up too, and relating to different things and loving her more and more each day. They say some things are phases. But this isn't. Because how can loving and supporting your idol through whatever choices they make and whatever hardships they face be temporary? Here's a tip: with Taylor, it's not. As long as your dedicated enough to be able to brave through your unspoken disagreements with these people, like you don't like their boyfriend or something minor like that. Which I guess I am. So, I'm self-diagnosed with Swiftieness. If I regretted it, I wouldn't be here. So I guess it's pretty clear my stance on Taylor. My current Taylor song obsessions are I'd Lie, Superman, All Too Well, Holy Ground, Red, Long Live, I'm Only Me When I'm With You, Begin Again, I Knew You Were Trouble, Fearless, Jump Then Fall, and, oh gosh, just name 'em all.
As you can probably already tell, I love music. I love listening to music. I love making music. I love writing music. Ed Sheeran, One Direction, Train, and Maroon 5 are other artists I like. I'm also starting to become a fan of Blake Shelton and other country singers. I have a really weird music liking, but I love the sound of it all the same. Oh, and I mentioned writing music earlier. Well, basically, I write everything. So I guess you could call me an author. Which is what I've always wanted to be, by the way. An author. I love basketball. It makes me feel energetic and I love the excitement and suspense of going to games with my team. I love my team. I also ride horses. What's not to love about horses? That's my only question. And it's fun to be involved in a sport/hobby with them. I play the alto saxophone, 'cause I'm cool like that. Being a Pisces also means that you're some kind of romantic (in my case being a hopeless one), so I guess I'm like Taylor in that sense. So woopedeewoopedee.
I'm pretty sure there's some more stuff you don't know about me, or I haven't really gone into depth with yet. Well, to start off; Liam, Harry, Zayn, Niall, and Louis. One Direction. These boys are simply flawless. I'd have to say my favorite would be Liam, because I'm all for Mister Sensible (Daddy Direction, in his case), but all these boys are flawless. I hate goodbyes. I always have, I always will. There's no way around hating them for me. I have best friends who stick by me no matter what. I love them for that. And on TC, I have a lot of people who've been there for me as well. Well, over PM, at least. I'd name some, because there certainly are a few in mind (you know who you are), but there are new people every day. New Swifties. And that's always fun. I randomly flip my hair sometimes. I know, weird, right? My favorite colors change like the weather ("I HOPE YOU REMEMBER"---sorry, I burst into song sometimes too, lol. I'm like freakin' High School Musical sometimes), but right now sky blue, purple, and teal are in the lead. I'll be adding graphics to my profile soon, I promise.
