Taylor Swift

Hey, I'm Saya! I'm 13 years old. (Yay 13! I'm really happy to be 13!) I really love singing and songwriting, and of course I'm a huge Swiftie. I've been listening to Taylor Swift's Music since 2009, but became a bigger fan in 2010/11, when her amazing album Speak Now came out. Here's My Story of discovering her:

In 2009, You Belong With Me, one of her hit songs, was playing on the radio a lot. It was really catchy and it ended up becoming my favorite song! I got really excited every time it came on the radio. At home I searched that song on YouTube, and watched the music video, and I loved it! I started watching her other music videos like Love Story and White Horse. I was really wowed by her music. I thought her other songs sounded the same back then (Sadly) so I mostly listened to only some of her songs. I also thought she was a good role model and was really sweet, so I looked up to her like that.
Later in 2011, I was on a plane trip to the U.K., and since Taylor Swift was one of my favorite music artists, I looked for her Fearless album on the music section of the TV on the airplane. I was let down that her Fearless album wasn't there, but her latest one, Speak Now was there. I decided to give it a try even though I hadn't listened to it yet. I was actually really really impressed! And ended up liking it a lot more than her past albums. My favorites were the songs Speak Now, Mine, Sparks Fly, and Enchanted.
That plane trip changed a lot. When I got back home from the U.K. a week later, I started listening to her music more, and looking up her songs from Speak Now on YouTube. I also started watching her Video Blogs on her YouTube Channel, and her interviews and all that good stuff. In nearly a month or two I became a big fan. I'd talk to my friends about how amazing she is, and of course they got really annoyed and said that I was too obsessed with Taylor Swift Music.
So that's my story of how I became a Swiftie. If it wasn't for that plane trip, where would I be now, honestly? I wouldn't be playing guitar and singing and songwriting and all. I wouldn't love music as much as I do now. So this is basically why I thank Taylor :D

Other than Taylor, some of my favorite singers/bands are Demi Lovato, Justin Bieber, Paramore, One Direction, Selena Gomez, Maroon 5, Megan & Liz, Christina Grimmie, Tiffany Alvord, And Evanescence. My favorite Book Series is mainly Maximum Ride, but I also really like Divergent, The Hunger Games, Narnia, And Twilight. I love a lot of movies; some of my favs are Narnia, Alice in Wonderland, Pitch Perfect,The Hobbit, and The Hunger Games.
