the season of shopping
spending time wrapping
making special deliveries
to those relatives

the stockings that are hung
so they can be filled
with the great joy
of childrens happyness

in times of families visits
from the relatives afar
to the evening
the great turkey feast

as the true meaning
of the christmas spirit
to celebrate the greatest
day of the lord

the holy peacekeepers
of the faith
in the strength of the lord
between heaven and earth

their greatest traits
compassion,harmony and grace
their selfless acts
caring for other creations

putting all things
for others ahead of themselves
in they do that
for the faith of the lord

thats the reason
they are called Angels

What does christmas mean
a time when people spend
money on presents
does it have another meaning

the true meaning of christmas
celebration of the birth
of our lord and saviour
jesus christ of god

born on Christmas morn
laid down to rest
in the holy manger
surrounded by all creation of earth

born of the virgin mary
in the place of bethlehem
born to be the saviour
of all nations of earth
this is the real reason

the one moment
to see the light
shining on bright
this winters night

the wide expanse
of this street
looking always like
the candycane lane

when in the shades
of red and green
into blues and golds
of shining ever so bright

the heavens bliss
will really arise
in the grand shining
of the winters snow

the light shows
that have been
put up the shine
better of this holdays seasons

to see the light
shining to the bright
that heavens bliss
of hanging Christmas Lights

the one sight
like of heavens
everlasting of day
that faithful morning

left in untouched
that fresh snow
fallen the night before
of a moving storm

in that blue sky
in the overhead
into the effects
of living in the clouds

the one sense
of christmas morning
white like the setting
of a heavens morning

into the feeling
something so special
it has made you believe
this one christmas morning

when its the smile
the one sight
this faithful morning

when in descending
of the christmas colors

become more of more

making the grand shine
become more of heaven
