you go to this website called photobucket. you have to make an account first but then in the top left corner you can search taylor swift gifs, or whatever gifs you want. Put your mouse over the gif you want put dont click on it! there should be a "copy image code" or something like that. Click on it. Go to edit your profile and then hit past and it should be there.
