New from J K Rowling The name of the street where the Dursleys live is a reference to that most suburban plant, the privet bush, which makes neat hedges around many English gardens. I liked the associations with both suburbia and enclosure, the Dursleys being so smugly middle class, and so determinedly separate from the wizarding world. The name of their area is 'Little Whinging', which...

I like the sound of Bath. The more I think about it the more I want to go there - my Gran lives nearby as well so if I ever need anything I don't have too far to go. I think my first choice will be between Bath and Nottingham now. I'll apply to Leeds but I don't think I'll choose it as an option now. We went to Leicester when my brother was looking at universities and I really liked it there. I like what you said about open days by the way, I'd never thought of it like that before.
I liked the clip of Olivia Hallinan, thank you for sharing that! I'll have to think about getting it when I have a bit more money (I really, really want to be able to afford VIP tickets when Taylor comes here so I need to start saving - wish me luck!). Are there any other actresses/actors you like?
Haha, I wish I could act calmly in front of famous people! I really hope if you ever meet Taylor you can do more than say 'Oh my God, I love you so much' *bursts into tears* like me! I Knew You Were Trouble was out the next day I could have been all cool and said I was looking forward to it and she'd be all 'She must be a great fan!' instead of 'Not another hysterical crier' _._

Nottingham does sound good, even if it is a little further away from the 'big' cities than I thought - still it's close enough and it will be calm which will be nice. At the moment Nottingham, Bath or Leeds (I swear the course was designed for me, I just wish it wasn't in Leeds!) are my first choices and Birmingham, Leicester and Southampton are my back-ups. It's actually kind of funny because my dad was talking about going abroad to do my course, yet he doesn't like Leeds because it's 'too far' away if I ever needed to come home quickly - I don't get parents sometimes!
My school has mentioned open days but they aren't really pushing the 'outside of Wales' ones. I'm not actually sure if I want to go to Open Days. I'd like to see the university but I want to see what it's really like not the 'look how wonderful we are!' version of it! I'll probably have a look over the summer anyway!
Haha well I'm glad Olivia Hallinan is in good shows! What made you start liking her? :)
There aren't really any actresses/actors I look out for to be honest - with acting I usually just think certain people are very talented but I don't follow what they do, if that makes any sense!
Haha, well at least you can say you held Tom Baker up in a bakery - I can't imagine many people can say that! Did you ask him for an autograph? ;)

That's great thank you for letting me know! It sounds about right for me which is good - I really want to go somewhere where 'things' happen but I don't really want it to be too busy. At the moment I'm thinking of doing Biological Sciences and then specialising for my postgraduate. There are a few Biology-ish things I would be interested in doing at university level and with Biological Sciences I'll get a taster of all of them so I don't get stuck doing a course it turns out I hate - plus I don't need Chemistry. Anything without Chemistry is good with me!
Haha, it's okay - David Tennant is my favourite because I've met him as well! I liked Christopher 'Can't-spell-his-last-name' as well. I never actually seen the 'old' Doctor Who episodes, do you think they're worth watching? How did you meet Tom Baker by the way? :)
I really enjoyed all of Torchwood until it got to the 'one story per season' episodes, I think it lost it then. Haha, I was just watching the fairy episode today! It's a very good episode. My favourite still has to be the Countryside episode because it's really creepy - especially as I know some of where it's filmed! Let me know what you think of the rest of it? :)
Aw, that's very nice of you! I hope I won't bore you with too many Nottingham questions. I was wondering, how close is it to Manchester/Birmingham/London? (yes, I am thinking about how far I'll have to go when Taylor goes on tour!)

Aw no! Sympathy - sending lots of sympathy. I hope you are feeling better and less like dying now.
Venice is lovely but if you ever go I hope it doesn't rain when you're there. Oo I would love to go to Rome as well but it's really expensive (according to my dad, however this could be code for 'I don't want to go there').
Oh, random question - what's Nottingham like? I'm thinking of applying there but I don't really know the area at all. I hope you had a nice Easter over there anyway :)
I loved Amy but I think I prefer Jenna/Clara just because I can't wait to see what they are going to do with her story. Do you have a favourite Doctor?
I love Torchwood! Well correction, I love the old Torchwood episodes. I've only recently started watching them though because when they came out I was too young to really understand what was going on.
That's a really mean monster! If they actually did that I'd have to hide like I did with the 'Are you my mummy?' episode from a long time ago. Cow are scary, seriously, I'm sure many people a year are attacked my cows. _._
We've got about five weeks until exams start. I'm not that stressed about them yet but I am worried we won't finish learning the Chemistry because our teachers are useless. And I'm going to drop Chemistry but I really hate it. There are not enough words in the English language to describe my hatred of Chemistry!

To start with I wanted to look at little bits about the tour to get an idea of it but didn't want to go into detail - as you can probably guess that lasted about a minute. 'askldjfksdjflkasl;djfsk;d' is the only reaction to All Too Well live. I really wanted her to do it on piano or acoustic because it's just so perfect in every way, I was a little worried she may do it as a huge, elaborate performance and I'm really glad she didn't! I really love how she is doing Holy Ground as well - and the different acoustic songs every night are just so `ahjfbaeiubn!! I'm starting to wonder if she may do an unreleased song at some point?
Haha, my dad loves Blackadder so he loves that as well ;)
I'm glad you had fun at the Country-To-Country concert! I hope you can get to go next year, with Taylor there as well. It works out well that's it's close to your birthday! If I was going to go I would love to see Carrie Underwood, it's a little disappointing she didn't connect with the audience like you said but I think I'd still like to see her live. Is there anyone you really want to see in concert?
Haha, well at least you have your Amazon vouchers ready to buy the next season when it comes out. I love the episode last Saturday. I like the idea of 'killer-Internet'! Is there anything you really want to see this season? I hadn't seen Jenna Coleman until Doctor Who but I love her - they have had really good assistants recently. Do you have a favourite assistant? Oh, apparently they are filming the 50th episode at the moment in Cardiff so my friend is out right now stalking the cast ;)

Haha, we can always 'borrow' Meredith and when Taylor comes to get her back she can waitress at our airport cheesecake factory for a bit. (Taking things too far?)
Have you been looking at pictures and videos of the tour? I love how she's performing All Too Well, it's just magical. I won't talk about it anymore incase you're trying to leave it as a surprise for when Taylor comes here!
Haha, you enjoy telling me to get off the Internet and get back to work, don't you? ;)
The only course Oxford does I'd be interested in is Biological Sciences but for that I'd need an A* in something, which now has to be Psychology as I don't have 90%+ in Biology or Maths, and I hate Psychology! So Oxford is off. My dad went to Oxford and we've been threaten with death if we go to Cambridge ;)
Hope you had a good birthday anyway! How was the festival? Hope you had fun :)
Haha, you like Doctor Who as well? They (should) be filming in Caerphilly Castle sometime this month so I'll be stalking them if they do ;)

It's like you looked into my life and saw the one thing that would complete it. Just add Taylor in there and I swear I'd never, ever leave. Haha, we can just let anyone reading this wonder why anyone would mix cheesecake with aeroplanes.
Haha, to stop you from getting too excited from now on 'stripped' performances can be called 'less bedazzled'. Actually now I kind of want to talk to guy swifties about 'stripped' performances to see their reactions.
If Taylor doesn't do All Too Well on tour I will march up on stage and refuse to leave until she performs it live for me. It's the one song I need to hear live! What song of Taylor's do you want to hear her perform live on tour?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY for whenever it is! Do you have any special plans apart from taking time off work? I hope you have a good time :)
I got A's in Biology and Maths and a B (four marks off an A) in Chemistry, which I didn't deserve. I'm not complaining though! ;)
