Live in sunny Brisbane, Australia. Hobbies: Photography, Astronomy, Computers, collecting things. I'm big into collecting Taylor Swift's CDs, including her USDJ promos. Since the TC profile no longer seems to display my age, I'll add it here - I'm 43 (turning 44 in May 2013). I don't bite :P
Note: none of my USDJ promos are for sale. They are part of my personal collection. Whilst I could probably hunt for promos and get them cheap from time to time and resell later on for profit, that doesn't interest me one single bit.
Decided to expand this section. Some of my favourite things:
Anything by J.R.R Tolkien
Anything by H.P Lovecraft
The Hunger games
Ursula Le Guin's wonderful The Earthsea trilogy (I just love the character of Ged)
Bruce Springsteen & the E street band
Tsuyoshi Yamamoto trio
Avril Lavigne (followed her since before she made it big with Complicated)
Christy Moore (Irish political folk singer, love his humour and songs)
Elvis (who can't love his music!!!!)
Mika (man can this guy sing!)
Transvision Vamp (semi punk/rock band from the late 80s)
(added a few more artists today). I have very eclectic musical tastes.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Star Trek: The Next Generation
How I met your mother
Star Wars: Clone wars
Game of thrones
I missed "Wolfblood" a UK show in the list above - it's highly recommended and totally AWESOME!!!!
Star Wars series
Harry Potter series
Lord of the ring series (not really a fan of the movie adaption of the Hobbit though)
I like a lot of movies, these are just the mainstream ones that come to my head first
Game (in no order):
Neverwinter nights 1/2
Diablo/Diablo 2/Diablo 3
I missed adding I'm a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls series, having started with Daggerfall back in the late 90s. My current favourite game in the series has to be Skyrim, although I still think Oblivion looked better, and Morrowind was a better game to play cos you could max your character out.
I collect Star Wars rarities - comics (I have a full set of the original Marvel series, other than the ULTRA rare #1 variant which goes for upwards of 5k), figurines (all of them, including a carded Yak Face, loose Blue Snaggletooth etc). and CCGs (collectible card games). I also collect Call of Cthulhu CCG too, but haven't bought anything of that for several years due to laziness on my part. I also sometimes buy old and rare antique books (my prize collection is a 4 volume leather bound 1892 set of Don Quixote).
I'm a bit of a geek (if you haven't guessed by now!).
I'm also pagan (druidic chaotic pagan if I was to self comment).
I'm a pretty easy and nice guy, add me, but please remember I'm 43, soon to turn 44. There's a lot of older guy swifties on here that love Taylor and her music which is really nice.
The Butterfly on Taylor's head is so cute!
I love her surprised look here!!!
This is so cute! It's "Tay-cat"!!!
If you're viewing my profile, this is what I'm saying to you!
OMG! Taylor's OMG face is so awesomely cute. I never tire of it, and it's NOT fake. Taylor genuinely is amazed at everything that happens to her!!!
Love this interview "You smell like wood" lol. Taylor's reaction is a classic. Her Yellow dress is stunning too - I really like this outfit.
Taylor's Blue eyes - wow! Be still my heart. >3
You gotta love Taylor's awkward dancing - most of us "non dancers" can totally relate to this lol. She still looks totally cute.
Some of my favourite images of Taylor:
She looks very cheeky in this image!
This performing live business is serious!
Taylor's 'come hither' look. CUTE.
I love love love this image of Taylor. I just love this look and the lighting is wonderful.
Meredith! She is the cutest cat in the world!!!!
Love this picture of Taylor dancing! She just looks SOOOO happy here!
Another one of my favourite images - I really like the black and white treatment in this shot - being old enough to remember film cameras, I can really appreciate this shot and the post processing. Plus, Taylor looks so cute curtseying.
Where it all started. Tim McGraw. One of my all time favourite songs from Taylor and this shot is pretty awesome. This will always bring back memories.
I can't say why, but this day has just blown me away. I'm on cloud 9. If I die tomorrow, I'll die a happy man. peace Dave
