Hi, everyone, I am Serena. I am 15 years old and I live in Atlanta. Well, actually I come from China! I came to America when I was 13, kind like an exchange student in high school.
The first song I heard from Taylor is BACK TO DECEMBER. This song was on the radio, and I just loved it afterwards. But I don't know the name or author at that time. My daddy said he is not sure either, so I got to find it out by myself. The song was so good and I heard it in the bowling alleys several times. I remembered the lyrics from the song and I finally found out the name! When I watched the video, I saw Taylor, the song was so flawless and she just so pretty. And I got all her albums soon, and she becomes my idol.
The first thing I got about her is the SPEAK NOW world tour live CD on my birthday. It just so magical, the songs, Taylor, her band, the audience, all of them are just so amazing. Then I got more stuff, books, CDs, albums, posters, there is a bunch stuff of Taylor in my bedroom.
Taylor swift is my first idol, and I have never wanted to know so much from anyone else. I got crazy for her, I record TV shows about her, buy magazines haves her pictures on, clothes, the backgrounds on my phone, laptop, tablet are all Taylor, like, everything. I even want to dress and look like her.
Her album RED just come out, I stay up late on 22nd Oct. Finally the long waiting was over and I got her album! Excited!
I have never see Taylor or her concert before : ( , because I just know her last year. But I will have a chance in 2013, she will come to ATL on April 18 &19 for RED WORLD TOUR, I really want to go see. Hopefully I can get the ticket because the tickets were sold out in 2 minutes in SPEAK NOW WORLD TOUR! That's crazy, but I will try my best. (My mom got me 3 tickets for Red World Tour!)
Paint the World RED. I joined it after I saw the information on Facebook. I was lucky because I am in U.S. and I will have a chance to meet her! To win just so hard, I shared thousands of times, but I still can't see my name on the leaderboard. Hopefully, I can get in top 20 and be named the ULTIMATE TAYLOR FAN. I really want to get her autograph and a special note from her. ( I won the 15th place!)
Taylor writes songs about our lives. These things really happen to me in high school. I can feel the emotions and totally understand her. Love and relationship involve so many feelings, we cried, laughed, been through love and heartbreaks. Everything in her songs just so true. I think that's why I love her so much.
