The Anhdroid
August 19th, 2012. A day that will go down in my memory as the day I first became an active citizen of this community.
Then lots of stuff happened and I took a terribly long break from this and guess what, today, March 17th, 2013, I'm alive and kicking again! I will be reaching out to everyone soon, and I got a lot of stuff to share with you, both on and off the Taylor universe :) So for a little bit of re-introduction:
Hi everyone! My name is Anh. I'm 17 going 18 this year. Born in December when magical things happen all the time. I'm from Vietnam and I'm currently staying in Singapore for my studies.
I don't really remember this, but I'm a Taylor Swift fan since around December 2009. Before that I didn't even listen to music a lot. One day my roommate played Love Story and I just wondered who is this singer with such a beautiful voice. And yeah I started listening to her music. Nothing much happened after that until I listened to Mine. I rediscovered my love for Taylor's music and I started going crazier and crazier each day. Last year I decided to finally buy physical copies of her albums. And now I'm totally crazy about her.
People usually do not believe that I'm a Taylor fan. They always find this whole boy-turn-Swiftie thing an exception. Nonetheless I always feel really comfortable with her music constantly going through my head. So comfortable that I often jump around in my room when listening to her songs. Haha.
Taylor Swift is great. She's truly a great role model. Her music is beautiful and powerful at the same time. I have an excellent younger sister, one that is always understanding and encouraging. But in Taylor I find an elder sister, one that is always sensitive and empowering. Hmm, did I go a bit too moody here?
Other than Taylor Swift I enjoy Linkin Park, Coldplay, Paramore and Avril Lavigne. Sometimes I do listen to some Vietnamese music.
Yes and other than music, I love sports. Just like any other boy out there. My favorite is soccer. I'm a Red Devil :) I love goalkeepers because that's my position! Edwin van der Sar and David de Gea are my favorites (they play for United anyway) but I like any goalkeeper that has awesome reflex. Watching them block shots is my pleasure.
My biggest passion has always been technology and everything related. I read a lot about these stuff. I'm a Google fanboy. I'm a fan of my own computer and my own phone. I enjoy messing around with my two favorites gadget in my free time. My current config:
