Yea 3pm will be perfect! When I had pit in Indy my sister and I got there at 5:30 and there was only 1 person in between us and the catwalk, so if you get there at 3pm you should for sure be able to be right up next to the catwalk!

Well I'm not exactly sure. In Indy when we got our tickets at will-call I don't remember it saying which one. We just happened to walk down one side of the pit and when they put our wristbands on it said Left pit. For the one in Louisville Taylor's manager gave us wristbands and they said Right pit, but when we walked down to the pit, we ended up walking to the left side (the same side I was at in Indy) and they let us in with our right side wrist bands. So I don't think they are that picky about it. I could be wrong, not sure! And yea it was a little difficult when she was on the platform because you are looking like directly up at her, but it doesn't last like that the whole song. So you still get to see her pretty well

The pit is AMAZING! I'm so lucky I got to experience it twice! My advice is to get there as early as possible! I thought I got there early enough, but the whole edge closest to the catwalk was taken, so we had one person between us and that catwalk, isn't close enough to touch her hand (plus I'm short). I would standing about 3 feet from the stairs leading to the big stage. That is where she touched hands a lot. And both times I was in the pit it seemed like the left side (from the audience point of view) got the most attention. I wish you luck! It's going to be amazing!
