I made that one on picmonkey. First, i put the background and the two pictures. I erased the background of the two pictures and I made the one look faded. You can do that when you click on the picture (select) and you see it'll show the options to change the picture, to add effects. Try the effects I am not sure how was the name to be faded. And finally you add the text:)

Yep, that's right. First I opened the first one with Edit Photo. Then, to put another one go to Overlays. That's the 5th little icon on the left with a little heart, star on it. Then click Your Own and select a picture:)
