Hi. I'm a normal schoolgirl who adores Taylor Swift. I live in Malaysia and it's always sunny or rainy here, so yeah, I've never experienced four seasons before. Anyway, I've just started being a Swiftie since last year (2012), also when one of my classmates became my best friend. And it was she who told me about Taylor. So, since she told me that, I started to search Taylor's songs on Youtube, and I found that I enjoyed them. But that wasn't the first time I'd listened to her songs. The first time was a few years ago, on my dad's car and the radio was playing a song. I liked that song that time, especially the chorus part: "she wears high heels I wear sneakers she's cheer captain...", but of course I didn't know that it was sung by Taylor (back then, she wasn't so famous in Malaysia yet) and I didn't know the title. Until last year when I searched " You Belong with Me ", I realized that it was the song I heard years ago. It's one of my favourite Taylor songs.
I love Taylor and her songs very much. Many people say that she is trying to change her style of music into not-very-country-style, but I don't think so and she's still awesome, and a person that I look up to. I love all the songs that were sung by her. I can keep listening to "We are never ever getting back together " 13 times in a row without getting bored. It would be really, really great if I get to meet her some day! Taylor is beautiful, especially without makeup, and she's got a golden voice, and mainly, she's friendly and treats us Swifties well. Oh, and you know the way some adults think that singers have low education? I hate those kind of people. But thankfully, my dad doesn't think this way, and kinda knows Taylor, and says that she is awesome because she started being a singer since she was 16 years old. I was so surprised that my dad knows this!
Besides Taylor, here are some things that I also love...
-listening to music (especially the ones by Taylor)
-watching movies (my favorite movie is The Mortal Instruments:City of Bones)
-sleeping (but not all the time)
-doodling (and then throwing it away)
*My favourite books...
-The Mortal Instruments series (Cassandra Clare)
-The Infernal Devices series (Cassandra Clare)
-Percy Jackson and the Olympians series (Rick Riordan)
-The Kane Chronicles series (Rick Riordan)
-The Hunger Games trilogy (Suzanne Collins)
Reading books is my ultimate hobby. Every time I get a new book, I'll smell the pages in it---I love the smell---and I'll start to read the book. (my friend says that she thinks I read at "an incredibly fast speed", and she says that I am devouring the book...I don't think it's true, though.) I love imagining the scenes like a movie while reading. I'd always remind myself to be gentle when I'm turning the pages, but this often goes out of my mind because I'm too absorbed in the book. I also love the anticipation and the excitement while waiting for a new book to appear on the shelves. And I always feel proud to see my favourite authors' books arranged neatly on the shelves in the book store.
Reading caused me to be a daydreamer, I think. The stories that I read mostly happen in New York, and I've never been there before, so I spend a lot of time day dreaming how will it be if I live in New York.
Music is pretty important to me in my life too. I usually listen to music while reading. Here are my favourite singers:
*Carly Rae Jepsen
Okay, here are 13 facts about me:
-I love reading
-I hate maths and I am absolutely terrible at it
-I have dark brown hair and eyes, you know, the typical Asian look
-I sometimes wish I can have red hair and green eyes, or blond hair and grey eyes
-I wish I can do bungee-jumping
-I love writing my journal
-I admire people who can sing well (like Taylor) and people who can write amazing fantasy books (like Cassandra Clare)
-I am kinda shy and don't like talking much, but I can laugh and chat non-stop with my friends
-I wish I can go to Taylor's concert, or just meeting her in real life is enough to make me satisfied :)
-I am sort of allergic to cucumbers
-My dream is to be a writer or an artist
-I am afraid of dogs because I got bitten by one when I was little
-I want to learn sketching people
Most of my friends don't read English books, well, maybe it's because we are Chinese, and English is kinda difficult. And my best friend is good at English but doesn't like reading books. It's so disappointingly sad~anyway, if any of you guys love reading, please friend me!
Well, that's all. And you are always welcome to send me a friend request!
Oh, and thanks for stopping by at my profile.
Love, Suzy ♥
