Taylor Connect

Hello and welcome to my corner in the wonderful world of Swift.
I suppose you should know that these things are hard to write, to me, because you basically have to fit in your whole life story without giving away too much because internet predators would love to come find me. Let's just see where this leads.
I saw Taylor in Atlanta on October 1st 2011 on the Speak Now World Tour. It was originally scheduled to be on July 9th, around my birthday but that was one of the few shows that had to reschedule because Taylor got sick and couldn't sing. That's one of the many things I love about Taylor. She sings live unlike many artists out there. She views it from her fans' eyes. She wouldn't want to pay all the money for a ticket just to see someone dancing around moving their mouth to music playing on a loud speaker. You could hear the same thing on your iPod at home.
I went to my 2nd concert of hers on April 19th, 2013 in the same place. I realized so much has changed since my last Taylor concert 2 years ago. B.O.B. was the special guest and they sang Both of Us. Which is good because I wouldn't have known the words to any other songs by him.
I also love that Taylor can be herself. She doesn't have to prance around half-naked on stage to get people to come to her concerts. If you want to bring your 7 year old daughter to a concert, you don't have to worry that kind of performance she might give. That's probably why she has so many fans. I love her quote from her 60 Minutes interview, "Whether you like it or not, any artist on the radio is raising the next generation."
I'm a small town girl with big city dreams. I can't wait to get out of here and see the world.
I should wrap this up because you're probably bored to death reading about this stranger from the Internet's view on life so I'll wrap this up.
17 is my lucky number.
I truly love traveling to different places.
Cats are my favorite things ever.
Glitter cures all forms of sadness and despair.
Thanks for reading this. Maybe I'll meet you one day. Whether it be at a concert or on the streets of Nashville. Who knows?
-Savannah

My 14th birthday was two days ago and I received two Taylor related things as gifts. I got a pair of Keds inspired by Taylor Swift that are red and have the white lace stitched into it. They're so cute and comfy, I love them! I also got my first whiff of Taylor's new perfume, creatively called "Taylor". It's really fruity and summery. If any of y'all are wondering, my mom says they sell the...

I just read your post on the unpopular opinions thread and I have to say, although I wasn't lucky enough to see Taylor on the Speak Now tour (which I'll always regret) I did get the live DVD... and I was just at both shows at Gillette Stadium for the Red tour... and I have to say I agree with you. From what I saw on that Speak Now World Tour DVD, it definitely was way better than the Red Tour. I thought I'd be the only one who felt this way, and maybe not having actually having seen the SN tour live in person I might not have the right to say it, but I feel it's absolutely true. It WAS better. This tour just seems overdone -- too many dancers, and I also agree with you about her backup singers. I don't care for them either. I wish she'd bring Liz Huett back. I also noticed that there doesn't seem to be any attention paid to her band whatsoever. She's very rarely with ANY of them, and she even seems to be getting away from the actual guitar playing. Caitlin didn't seem to have anything to do at all this time around, so I don't imagine she'll be around much longer either.. I don't like to say it, but it does seem that the fame is starting to work its way to her head a little where she has to have the spotlight on her the whole time onstage...
