Taylor Swift

Yesterday we were on a family trip to the mall. We split up so I could buy some presents for my mom. I went into this music store with my dad and saw the Taylor cutout everybody's been talking about. I was surprised because I thought that we here in South Africa don't get any! I stare at it and then start laughing, then as a joke I say to my dad
"Haha, tempted to ask for it." Then he goes.
"I don't think it's for sale." Then we go on to get the present and leave.

We met up with the rest of my family and then had lunch, I told my mom about the cutout and she laughed, too. I told her I was tempted to ask for it and she laughed again.

After lunch, as we were leaving we passed by the music store (it's right by the mall's entrance) and I asked my mom if she wanted to see the cutout. She said okay. We went in and I showed it to her, my brother followed us in and groaned because at lunch when I told my mom, he eavesdropped and said
"Ugh, you're becoming one of those fangirls that wants everything that has her face on it." I didn't get offended... Much.
Then my mom laughed so hard and we turned to leave. My dad met us halfway to the exit of the store and said "Well did you ask for it?"
I looked at my parents like "are you serious?" So my parents both turned to ask one of the employees if we could buy it, I was so embarrassed!! We had a little conversation with the employee and the manager of the place who said that we could probably have it. We just had to write down our number and name on the back!!

I hope I get it, I just really really do. Taylor isn't very popular here and merchandise is really hard to come by, I just hope hope hope!!
