The first Taylor song I ever heard was Love Story and I remember researching who the voice belonged to and after a couple of hours of youtube videos :D ... I was hooked.
There aren't that many artists alive today who I without a doubt can say, I will be a fan of for a lifetime. But that's just how strongly Taylor has impacted me with her music.
I picked up playing guitar again because of her, so I will forever be thankful that she dared to pursue her dream that granted the world access into her life through such lovely lyrics and beautiful melodies.
