    I personally love both versions of 'Back to December' but I really love the live version! I just love how she added "Apologize" and "Your Not Sorry" into one song. So amazing!

    Do you think the reason Taylor added Apologize and You're Not Sorry is that was her answer from Taylor Lautner? That's how I see it. She wrote the song to apologize to him supposedly and then made that change later. Back To December is one of my favorite Taylor songs. It's hard to watch videos of her singing it though because you can still see how she feels about it. But then that's what makes Taylor great. She can sing a sad song like that live and the crowd brings her back. I don't think many people can do that really. Write a song like that and sing it.

    Yes I love the live version and the piano is great.

    And I have been in the same situation as taylor so that song is the one that really makes me cry every time I hear it. And live it's so much more feeling into it. Heartbreakingly good!

    Listening to the studio version made my heart feel heavy.

    Listening to the live version made my heart feel even heavier with all the emotions there.

    Watching her live performance on DVD... that's it, I can't control my tears any longer.

    The live version is amazing, I love how she added in You're Not Sorry and Apologise, it just made the song complete. I love how Taylor sing it with such emotion, the emotion is sort of lost in the studio version.

    I love both versions but I like the live one just a bit more. You can hear all of the emotion she put into it like she still has feelings for him or something. It's a beautifully written song and when you watch her perform it live it's really something.

    Back to December is one of my favorite songs of all time and I agree the live version is incredible. I've already played it about 300 times since getting the live CD. I also really like the acoustic version of Back to December on the deluxe edition of Speak Now. But the live version is incredible. There is so much extra emotion comes out when she performs it live, especially with Apologize and You're No Sorry at the end (that part always gets me teary eyed). It all just really hits close to my heart.

    I feel like this is one of the most personal songs of Taylor, I dunno why. There are more songs very personal like Dear John, but this sounds just soooo sadddddd. And the mix with Apologize and You're Not Sorry only make it more sad. The live version always gets me crying

    Yes I so agree, I really really really like the live version of Back to December.. You can really feel the emotions and everything. Its one of my favourite songs now from Taylor. \
    When she sang it live and she changes it to You're not Sorry is Taylor saying that Taylor Laughtner said you're not sorry to Taylor after she apologized to him?

    I totally agree with you, i like both versions but the live version just gives me chills. I love the violins in the beginning right before Taylor starts playing the piano, and when she sings "and it's too late to apologize, it's too laaaate." ugh. instant chills.

    When i heard this live it was so good...
    I dont know if the Live DvD really catches it well enough but alot better than the CD does...
