I don't think you can actually take photos but you could take a screenshot and crop it down!

If you click print screen on your keyboard it will take a screenshot, and it's just copied. Hope this helped. :)

If you find a key that says PrtSc and another with Fn, click them at the same time of what you want to take a photo of. Then paste the picture into word and crop it down. If you want to save it then Microsoft power point lets you do that.
