I got this today and the interview is actually really good and really insightful and Taylor actually has some really great advice on my to make you life run a lot smoother and dealing with things in alot better, more effective way I loved it! and you can't buy this book it's free at any doctors office. They usually have them in the waiting room and yes you can take them infact they encourage it and usuallly have a "take one" sign.

Taylor Cover Story in WebMD Magazine
Ok, I don't know if anyone's mentioned this already -- I haven't seen it if they have -- but I walked in to my dr.'s office today and the receptionist told me about it then pulled out a copy she'd saved for me since she knows I like Taylor. It was a surprise, that's for sure. It's the November/December issue in case anyone else is interested...
