Hi fellow Swifties!

With the RED tour only 35 days away, I know we’re all extremely excited! I’ve seen Taylor 5 times in the past, and was fortunate enough to be able to buy tickets for 4 RED shows this year (Omaha both nights, Louisville, and Chicago).

I talk to lots of other fans all the time both on here and on Twitter, and what really breaks my heart is whenever I hear that someone can’t go to the tour simply because they can’t afford tickets. Every single one of you deserves to see Taylor live, and I know I’d be devastated if I couldn’t go to her tour even once.

Inspired by all of your stories and by Taylor’s amazing generosity, I’ve decided to give back. I am launching the “Dreaming In Red” contest, where anybody who could not afford RED tickets can submit their story, and I’ll pick a winner to receive a pair of tickets to their show of choice. In order to enter, all you have to do is send me a message on here or email me at DreamingInRed13@gmail.com with your story of why you couldn’t get tickets, what going to the tour would mean to you, and your preferred city to see the show.

The deadline will be March 1, 2013 and I will pick and announce a winner by March 6th, 2013 in case someone wants to go to one of the earlier shows on the tour.

Your entry can be as long or short as you want and I'm sure there will be lots of great ones. I'll be picking my favorite so please include any details that you think are important about your story!

A few things to note:

•This is open to anyone who lives in any country, but I can obviously only get tickets for shows in the US and Canada since international dates haven’t been announced. If she adds those, I’ll see if it’s possible to get tickets.

•There is no age limit for this contest, just make sure to get your parents’ permission to enter if you are under 18.

•If there are a few different cities you could get to, let me know your top 2 or 3 choices of show location.

•Obviously I have no way of knowing if every single person’s story is completely true, but this is based on an honor system. Please only submit a story that is true and is yours, and please do not say that you do not have tickets if you already do for another show. This contest is to give people a chance that otherwise would never be able to see Taylor.

•If the show the winner chooses is completely sold out, I will do my absolute best to get tickets on Stubhub or somewhere. I may have to wait until the show gets closer and ticket prices go down or more are released on Ticketmaster.

•I may not be able to get you the best seats in the house, but I will do everything in my power to get the best tickets that I can for the city that you want to go to.

•You can nominate another person if you know someone who deserves these tickets, just make sure to let me know who you’re nominating.

I’m really excited about this! This is all coming out of my own money but I know it will be more than worth it. If anyone else wants to donate/contribute to this project, let me know and I will gladly name you as a co-owner of the project!
