Aww no! I hope you are feeling better soon. I was having a few of those days the other day and asked the wonderful people of TC how they cheer themselves up and a lovely user called 'Dancing in the Starlight 13' suggested that you read a funny book, have a bubble bath and you have to remind yourself that everything is going to be okay.
Things will get better!
