Well your mum is probably just having a bad day my mum has those days too! if she says those things I tell her I will try my best to clean you the mess next time, and if she raises her voice at you or anything tell her how you feel about it. There's no need to stress about these little things! your mum just might be stressed a little so maybe just make her a cup of tea or bake her cookies! something like that to help he mood! I really hope this helps :)

Turns out he NEVER felt anything for me, that I miss-read the signs. We had conversations about us getting married! So now I see him pretty much every day and I still love him, he still flirts with me and I have no idea what to do!

You should tell him your sending mixed messages here I know you said your not into me thats way but you have to tell me the truth and if the result is the same, well you cant make someone love you. There's only 2 ways to get out this forget it and let the feeling pass or stop being his friend (which sucks i know ) because he will only start remininding you of what you want but you can't have, because if you want this to work out both of you have to be in the relationship 100%

Thank you I am seeing him today (in about 3 hours) You're right, I am just going to tell him that he is messing me around, he other likes me or he doesn't. It is unfair to say he doesn't and then flirt with me. I need to move on. If he isn't going to respect that then I guess our friendship needs to end, or at least be reduced and distanced. Being best friends for 12 years, that is a lot at risk. Maybe he needs to see that to see how much he is really hurting me. The fact is that I would listen to Love Story and think "that is him and I" but I get it now, no it isn't - that is who I will be with in the future. He is the guy in White Horse, not my prince Charming, and I am okay with that. Thank You! I will let you know how it all goes
