"Taylor's Hand 13 - Paint & More" Kits
Instead of the 13 tattoos.... why not a "13 - Paint & More" Kit? I know that Taylor uses paint, glitter and sharpies, or something like that, to get the 13 on her hand. so she can put together a 'kit' that has the paints, glitters, and markers necessary to get the 13 on her hand.
The temp tattoos are kinda gross, they get all dirty looking after a while... they peel and stretch if you move around to much while drying.... it's a mess.
This kits can be sold on Taylor's Online store as test trial thing.
I dont mean anything against the temporary tattoo idea, in fact... this is inspired by that, thank you. 
They can make the glitter part similar to the "Shimmer " Product (To see what i mean, go to youtube and type: "Shimmer Body Art - Official Product Video" and click on the video with the same title.)
who wants to sign??? : )
PLEASE!! Do not mention nail poilish..... I know some people think taylor used it because the paint she used came in a tube that looked like nail poilsh, it wasnt. if you want to use nail polish, go ahead... but this is a petition for a 'paint kit' not about ways you like to apply the 13 on your hand.

YES!! I would LOVE this! Me and my mom had to look online to figure out what was the best way to paint them on our hands for the concert and we used like facepaint for the purple, eyeliner for the outline and I wanted these crystals you can glue onto your skin.
And yes I agree, I'd probably like this 13 kit alot more than the temporary tattoos!

This idea sounds way better. I usually pick at my temporary tattoos anyway, so it'd be gone super fast :-) I once took nail polish and painted the 13 on my hand, but my grandma didn't like it and made me take it off :-(

Yess! Good idea. :) My Mum won't let me use nail varnish/polish, sharpies etc on my skin. :( I use cream eye shadow and liquid eye liner mostly, but that rubs off easily. This is such a good idea. :) Temporary tattoos are a good idea, but I'm 16 and wouldn't really walk around with a temporary tattoo on. Haha. :)

That's a awesome idea! I usually use multiple colored markers but they always end up running off and when I went to thd Speak Now concert I used washable markers on accident and was walking around when it started to pour down rain and my 13 fell off :( so yes that's a great idea and I'm totally signing

I always want to know what paint she uses to get the 13 on her hand. I'm sure the company for the paints ( taylor uses) would totally not mind partnering up with her to form the kits. It be cool if the instructions, on how to apply it, were in "Taylor font" they do it on all her products.
