Meeting Taylor on October 23rd! : Taylor Swift

First of all, I want to begin by saying that I had the best time of my life during release week and got to do so many fun things and attend a good amount of events, it was incredible!! But I'll only be posting about how I met Taylor here. On the morning of the 23rd, I woke up at 4am and quickly got ready and headed to Good Morning America for the performance. It was confusing and extremely crowded and I didn't know what to do but I actually was standing outside of the barricades so a police officer guy let me into the VIP section, which was awesome! I was on the edge so I sat on the barricade and had an amazing view of the performance!! When the concert was over, this guy Kyle that I met and I headed over to the exit where Taylor was also seen entering by cutting through a garage. We were some of the first people there and gradually hundreds of others started coming over. There were different sections of fans on different sides of the street and doors, so I was scared Taylor wasn't going to come over to our section at all. We waited for about 15 minutes when I finally saw blonde curly hair through the glass and screamed "SHE'S COMING!" I got my camera ready and when I saw her turn for our section I was literally freaking out. She started on her left and made her way to the right taking pictures and signing for only about 4 people, me being one of them! It was so amazing even though all I managed to say to her was "Taylor I love you! Can you sign this? Can I take a picture with you? Thank you so much!!!" It happened so quickly and I was so surprised I managed to get both an autograph AND a picture (thank you to Kyle who took it for me)!!! When it was all over, I was shaking like crazy but surprisingly I wasn't crying or anything (I thought I would)! Overall, that 1 minute was the best minute of my life and I'm so happy I went to NYC for release week!

lovely picture. Sometimes photos do look a bit photoshop its so funny theres a family photo on our wall and the light has shone all around my husband and he totally looks photoshopped and we laugh everytime. So dont be disheartened by the comment

Ugh I would've gone there and met her too if my Mom would've let me! But I'm glad you got to meet her even if it would just be for a minute! I would do anything to meet Taylor for a minute lol
