Does anyone know if the emails sent to the trash folder eventually delete themselves or do they just stay there? Cause I would like to delete all my emails in the trash folder but Im not sure if their is an option for that

    You can delete the messages in the Trash folder by opening each of them individually & clicking delete.

    i know. they just stay in the trash folder because if you select them and delete them they just end up in the trash.

    I tried that, but it doesnt do anything. there are no buttons to click on.

    On the old TC they just kind of stayed there until the end of time. It's just really a way to get them out of the way of the messages you haven't read or want to keep.

    I tried that. If that does not work does anyone know who we go to suggest ways to the fix things in taylor connect?
