I am sure this will get deleted as it's sorta off topic but I am wondering how to permanently delete things in my mail. Also I can't select all my sent mails at once because there is no box next to them to check off. I want to clear all my mail.

Im pretty sure you can't "permanently" delete your mail. I wish there was though.

You can't permanently delete messages - only move them to the trash folder.
