    you can double click on anyone's avatar and get to their profile. Also if you click on the ribbon drop down (pink triangle) it will give you the options to logon/logoff, manage account and view your profile. hope this helps.

    Do you mean how do you get the graphic that some people have on their profile page that says "Welcome to (lovelovelovetaylor's, for example) profile? If that's what you are referring to, you would have to ask a graphic maker to design one for you.
