    I suggest using pixlr.com, it's free and there are plenty of tutorials on how to make graphics using it :D
    Remember:
    Make graphics 500x200
    taylorpictures.net is a good place for good quality pictures :D
    Enter contests with your own graphics :D
    Look at other people's tutorials and see how they make their graphics

    Guys, you should try reading some tutorials or getting private lessons. I do both if you like my graphics, click on the link in my sig to request them. And I'm sure other graphic makers do too. :)
