    You can download Gimp in www.gimp.org. It's safe and free, and it's like Photoshop. But if you don't want to download anything, you can just go to www.pixlr.com but you can't add GIFs in your graphics there unlike Gimp ;)

    I use www.picmonkey.com because it's easier, but you can't do much with it. I'd check out some of the tutorials on here if I were you.
