Welcome to the TC Factor! So this is basically like X Factor, but for graphics on TC :P Except it's not run like X Factor in the way that there's a judge for each group.

When I'm ready to start a new season, you can post here saying you want to audition with a link to your shop to audition to be on TC Factor, then I'll choose 12 people to be in the competition. Then, there will be 11 rounds and in each round, the judges will PM me who made their least favorite graphic. Using those votes, I'll decide who "goes home." The finalists both get winners graphics, one that says you made it to the finals and one that says you won TC Factor, depending on what you won. They'll be more "seasons" after this.

That's not true. There's some competitions, like Graphic Idol, where none of us are judges. Other than this, I'm a judge for one other competition.
