    Masking in Windows Paint

    1. Using the freeform selection tool, select the area you want to mask.
    2. Once you have that, click Ctrl+C
    3. Apply your effect to the image.
    4. Click Ctrl+V and move the masked part of the image back to where it was originally positioned.

    I made that tutorial myself. It isn't a proper masking tool, it's just the only procedure that will work on paint. I suggest trying other programs, maybe just use ones on the internet, like me!

    This is kind of a stupid question, but how do I get a picture onto a post? It won't let me past anything and when I click the little picture icon and post, it shows up as that white box with a red X.... and I'd also like to know how to get a banner on my signature. Thanks!

    Umm... Can you teach me how to add a GIF into a graphic? I read a tutorial one time but you need to use Photoshop to do her tutorial, but I don't have Photoshop. So can you teach me how to include GIFs into a Graphic? (Without using any softwares that I need to download first)

    Hey just jumping in here,
    You have to make the entire graphic as a gif, and just have the parts you want to stay still exactly the same in each layer or frame. The only way I know to do this is with GIMP or Photoshop, but Allyouareismean might know another way

    Unfortunately, I am yet to find a way to do this. I have found various different sites, but I'm just trying to find the best quality or some sort of mixture that will get the best results. Will come back to this. Unfortunately the only current online program that I can find to work is fotoflexer. But that comes out really grainy. I promise as soon as I find a better way I will post here. :)

    Hi! Honestly, instead of using Windows Paint I suggest you use Photobucket. It's a free online photo library and you can edit/mask pictures SUPER easy. I have photoshop cs5 extended and I still use it sometimes :) Using paint to mask is super out of the way considering it wasn't made for that.

    Okay I have a question! How do you get a lovely circle graphic like yours! I know to have the translucent background I have to save as PNG (i've messed with translucent backgrounds) BUT I really would love to know about circular graphics such as yours. I would look it up but it just gets annoying and chaotic.
