    I use a really weird combination of Fotoflexer, Picnik, and very rarely I use Lunapic for the ones with moving images.
    I had a post on the old TC explaining how I do it. I usually use Photobucket to store my images, and they have a FotoFlexer thingy on Photobucket that I use to blend the pictures together, then I connect my Photobucket to Picnik to add text and make the rounded borders, and sometimes add effects.
    Of course, now that Picnik is closing, all their Premium(paid for) features are free, which enables you to blend the pictures together in Picnik.
